Do you take refunds?

I hope you never need one, but I do want to make sure you’re happy with all of your purchases. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis: email amy@girlinbluemusic.com.

I have an issue with a product; what should I do?

Oh no! I’m so sorry you’re having an issue with a product. Email amy@girlinbluemusic.com, and I’ll fix it for you ASAP!

What is a studio versus single-use license?

Unless marked with “studio license,” assume that every digital product (sheet music, packs, journals) falls under a “single-use license.” That means the product is for you and only you.

Studio licenses are for teachers who would be printing worksheets out over and over again and sharing with many students. Products that fall under the studio license are a little higher cost because they are expected to be used by many people. If you’re not a teacher, feel free to share with a few friends; just don’t sell any of the materials. :)

What do you use for payments?

I partner with Stripe (through WordPress) for online payments. This ensures that your information stays safe.

Why do I have to make a WordPress account?

Because WordPress provides receipt of purchase, the platform requires you to create an account, so you always have access to this information. Good to stay on top of these things!
